Data analysis: Use data analysis tools and methods to analyze the collected data, identify problems and potential improvement opportunities in logistics operations, such as cost overvalue, transportation inefficiency, etc
Communicate with China MP, third party logistics service providers, internal departments and overseas office colleagues to achieve timely delivery of goods, and prepare a full set of China export shipping documents and customs import declaration documents.
Maintain the original data of UPS discount rate table, update the freight forwarder rate in the automatic quotation system according to the results of logistics industry research, market analysis and historical shipping cost analysis.

Desired Traits
Bachelor degree or above, good English reading and writing skills, can communicate with English e-mails and fluent oral English is better.

Being proficient in operating all kinds of office software, understanding systems such as SAP or ERP or Odoo etc, and being proficient in Excel formulas is preferred.

Your role as a Feidi Senior Logistics Coordinator will be to support our critical manufacturing functions. We have two sets of customers-our builders, who order parts through us, and our manufacturing partners, who manufacture and assemble these parts-and you'll take the inputs from our builders and work with our manufacturing partners to deliver on our builders' expectations.
