Merchandising & Inventory
Maintain visually appealing displays, signage, and seasonal merchandising presentations
Restock and organize merchandise to ensure the sales floor remains guest-ready
Support inventory control, cycle counts, and loss prevention efforts
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership
Retail Systems & Store Standards
Operate POS systems and troubleshoot minor issues when necessary
Maintain store presentation and operational standards
Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Previous retail, merchandising, or leadership experience preferred
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of retail, merchandising, or customer-facing experience preferred
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems and retail technology
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
Professional appearance and adherence to company standards and policies
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, or move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and remain active for extended periods
Ability to operate registers, computers, and other retail equipment
