Opportunity
Twin Health is hiring a Senior Director, Growth Marketing, to build the systems that drive measurable growth across enterprise, client, and post-activation member engagement. The role is organized around two pillars under one leader: New Business Growth Marketing and Member Growth Marketing. It is the foundation for a full Revenue Marketing function, as Twin scales. This is not a traditional demand generation role. It does not own acquisition mechanics or enrollment conversion. It is a systems-builder role accountable for revenue and retention outcomes.
