About the role
This position is in the Office of Finance and Operation (OFO), Office of Human Resources (OHR) where the incumbent serves as the Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Department's Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) in Washington, DC. Experience servicing as senior advisor to executive leadership on human capital issues, including analyzing complex matters, developing recommendations and advising on strategies, priorities and decisions affecting agency programs or operations. 2. Experience servicing as a lead or overseeing cross-functional initiatives that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. 3. Experience preparing HR related briefings, white papers or decision materials and collaborating with senior leaders on sensitive or high visibility matters. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs).
