The Financial Consulting Analyst is responsible for supporting the consulting delivery team in achieving exceptional customer results and satisfaction. The Financial Consulting Analyst should have relevant work experience in the benefits industry, with robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis and modeling tools. Reporting to: Principal Financial Consultant Who You Are: The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship building skills; and is excited to join a fast-growing benefits brokerage and work with senior team members to help deliver exceptional consulting service and experience to Bennie's customers. Responsibilities include: Navigate carrier portals for data acquisition and development of client financial reporting dashboards Assist in building and updating Consulting-related tools and templates Work collaboratively with our consulting and sales teams to provide financial related support Create ad-hoc analyses for informed client decisions Prepare financial analyses and exhibits for customer presentations Support the peer review process for data accuracy Troubleshoot and support Excel and spreadsheet issues for consulting and sales teams Effectively manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and third party solution partners
