As a Senior Enablement Program Manager at Litera, you will serve as a strategic leader working in close partnership with the Director of Internal and Customer Enablement to shape and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy across the entire organization. Your scope spans the full Litera product portfolio - equipping internal teams and external customers alike with the knowledge and skills to successfully support, implement, and use Litera's solutions. You bring a data-informed approach to program management, deep expertise in the legal tech landscape, and the ability to leverage cutting-edge AI and learning technologies to push the boundaries of what great enablement looks like. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and beyond to ensure that every Litera product is met with best-in-class enablement at scale.
Responsibilities
Work in close partnership with the Director of Internal and Customer Enablement to shape and execute a whole-organization technical enablement strategy covering all Litera products.
Own and scale enablement programs that address the full product lifecycle - from implementation and onboarding through ongoing adoption and advanced use - for both internal teams and external customers.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement programs, including intake, prioritization, curriculum design, delivery, assessment, and iteration.
Standardize enablement excellence by overseeing the development of high-quality, scalable training assets accessible to a diverse, global audience.
Utilize enablement as a change management engine across the organization, championing continuous improvement, operational rigor, and learning as a core capability.
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and workshops on Litera products tailored to diverse audiences - including internal staff, implementation teams, support teams, and external customers.
Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to identify learning needs, diagnose skill and knowledge gaps, and recommend appropriate enablement solutions.
Design and deliver engaging training content as needed, ensuring relevance, interactivity, and alignment with product and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Enablement peers to ensure programs are aligned with real-world product use cases, upcoming releases, and customer impact across all Litera solutions.
Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content is technically accurate, current, and aligned with organizational goals.
Define, track, and analyze enablement metrics and effectiveness indicators to drive continuous program improvement and demonstrate business impact.
Stay current with advancements in AI and learning technologies, integrating cutting-edge tools - such as Copilot and ChatGPT - to maximize learner engagement and program effectiveness.
