Ensure timely PO creation, release, amendments, renewals, and closure within SAP while maintaining procurement compliance. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including IT, cybersecurity, finance, legal, and business teams for seamless procurement execution and issue resolution. Support sourcing initiatives including supplier identification, commercial evaluations, quotation analysis, benchmarking, price negotiations, and vendor onboarding. Manage procurement documentation and maintain audit-ready records for compliance and governance requirements. Handle contract drafting coordination, approvals, renewals, amendments, and tracking through Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools. Monitor software contract compliance, subscription utilization, renewal timelines, licensing terms, and supplier performance metrics. Support software asset management activities including license tracking, true-up management, usage optimization, and cost control initiatives. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, delegated authority matrix, internal controls, and information security requirements. Support procurement reporting, spend analytics, savings tracking, and operational dashboards. Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to drive standardization, process optimization, and operational efficiency. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify cost optimization opportunities through consolidation, renegotiation, and strategic sourcing initiatives. Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within procurement operations and sourcing processes.
