Implement the added values assigned to key brand market combinations from the Digital Negotiations with key vendors such as Google and Facebook.
Drive and implement the test & learn agenda accordingly to the Media objectives set at the beginning of each year, aligned to Global vision and Latam´s MKT Director business objectives. Iterate and learn from those hypothesis and tests.
Co-Lead with Latam Media Manager and Head the Connections Planning process for key brand market combinations.
Implement full funnel audience strategy and update, optimize and capture learnings across LATAM.
Co-Lead with local marketing teams and local pLeon monthly media flows update
Spike Media innovation in their assigned brands, making sure we are taking full advantage of the vendors possibilities and the brand´s needs (sponsorships, special actions on TV) working cross-functionally with other areas such as Marketing, Trade, Comex, Analytics and insights, among others.
Close work with Insights, Analytics and other data sources (Brand Lifts, MMM´s) for the creation of insights from data gathering for their assigned brands.
Create quarterly performance reports of their key brand market combinations to present actions that can improve campaign´s performance to Marketing Directors.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing, Publicidade, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
10 years of experience in marketing or media in FMCG industry or agencies environment.
Advaced level of english and spanish.
Located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
