Support product quality and manufacturing operations
Assist with troubleshooting product and process issues on the manufacturing floor
Help investigate customer and production challenges and support resolution efforts

Assist in developing test plans and documenting results

Analyze designs, tolerances, and test results with guidance from senior engineers
Participate in problem-solving activities using structured approaches

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality or production issues
Support engineering and quality processes
Assist with engineering change requests and documentation updates
Help develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation

What You Bring
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
Foundational Knowledge
Understanding of engineering fundamentals and problem-solving techniques
Exposure to blueprint reading; GD&T is a plus
Technical Curiosity
Interest in working in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to learn tools such as Minitab, Excel, or basic data analysis systems
Ways of Working
Strong initiative and eagerness to learn
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or engineering
Exposure to statistical analysis, SQL, or quality tools
Spanish language skills
Hands-on experience: Time spent both on the manufacturing floor and in an office setting
