3+ years of PMO, project coordination, or project analyst experience supporting project or program delivery
2+ years experience maintaining integrated master schedules, milestones, dependencies, and status tracking for projects or programs
2+ years experience preparing recurring program reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and status summaries using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia up to 5 days per week
Preferred:
Experience supporting financial systems integration programs
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience with Jira
Experience supporting PMO governance routines, reporting cadences, and program controls
Experience supporting large transformation or implementation programs

Position Summary
Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
Work You'll Do
As a Project Senior Consultant- PMO Analyst, you will:
Support day-to-day PMO coordination across planning, reporting, governance, and action tracking for a complex program or portfolio
Maintain the integrated master schedule, including updates to milestones, dependencies, and critical timelines
Track risks, actions, issues, and decisions and monitor ownership, due dates, status updates, and escalations
Coordinate weekly deliverables, dashboards, meeting materials, and status summaries for program leadership and stakeholders
Support onboarding coordination in a cleared environment while maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready PMO artifacts
