Degree in Economics or Finance, or final-year student in Economics or Finance
Previous experience on similar position would be considered a plus
Fluent in Bulgarian and very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word
Willing to do routine tasks
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Self-motivated, proactive and ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Able to use initiative, but also work well within a team
Responsible for managing own development, willing to learn and follow instructions.

Billing Assistant (Ref: BAA)
Core Position Expectations:
Dealing with billing related queries
Preparation of covering documents on generated bills
Monitoring client database for accuracy
Facilitating the dispatch of bills in line with the client's requirements and the firm policy
Liaising with the eBilling team for billing guidelines and portal requirements
Assistance with other post billing queries and generating reports
Works to given timeframes and anticipates uneven workflows
Support office cash collection
Effective communication with our clients.
