Requirements

- Experience sourcing in competitive talent markets with limited inbound pipeline
- Strong understanding of sales hiring profiles, compensation structures, and performance drivers
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with shifting priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and drive accountability
- Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions while maintaining speed and quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior business leaders
