Move beverage stock, inventory and equipment (following all safety regulations)
Receive and record food and beverage merchandise
Pick up bar orders to give to supervisors to punch in
Go into service depots and make orders
Document and account for all transferred products
Ensure timely delivery of all requisitioned products
Deliver product for service depots (gaming outlets)
Deliver ice to bars
Deliver food products to Quick Service outlets
Clean, mop of service depots if needed
Ensure outlets have cleaning materials, paper towels, soap, etc.
Requirements
Flexibility to work varied shifts (day, evening, night, weekend shifts)
Obtain SmartServe certification prior to start date
