About the role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader / Rehabilitation Support Worker to support an 18-year-old male client living in the CR3 area. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team (MDT) , supporting a young individual with complex needs through a structured rehabilitation pathway. Responsibilities

  • Support rehabilitation programmes and therapy goals
  • Assist with manual handling and mobility support

  • Monitor progress and report changes in condition
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to the client
  • Help prevent complications and promote long-term wellbeing

  • Essential Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and complex needs
  • Strong manual handling skills
  • Experience in medication administration and monitoring (hospital/ICU background desirable)
  • Understanding of rehabilitation and recovery pathways
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently within a client's home
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback
