ORM is accelerating its evolution - moving beyond static, historical reporting toward predictive risk identification, advanced analytics, and dynamic, real-time decision-making. In this high-impact role, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy, analytics modernization, and AI adoption. Crucially, you will serve as a core catalyst for modernizing our analytics capability - spearheading the cultural and operational adoption of AI, automation, and advanced data strategies. General Responsibilities: In this role, you will apply structured strategic thinking and data-driven insights to transform how our organization identifies, prioritizes, and manages risk globally. Your core responsibilities include: Modernizing Risk Analytics: Champion the transition from legacy, manual reporting to predictive and real-time risk analytics, leveraging advanced data strategy to deliver faster, actionable insights to the business Driving AI Adoption: Act as the strategic engine for AI integration within ORM.
