Systems & Materials Reconciliation Analyst

About the role

Perform accurate reconciliation of client-issued and company materials, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner Support and coordinate stocktake and cycle counts to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records Investigate stock discrepancies and variances by analysing data, identifying root causes, and working with stakeholders to implement solution Analyse high-volume data across multiple systems to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement Maintain, support, and enhance material tracking systems in collaboration with IT and operational teams Proactively identify and implement process and system improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and control Prepare clear and insightful reports on inventory levels, usage patterns, and system performance for internal stakeholders Ensure all documentation, processes, and procedures are accurate, standardised, and compliant with internal and external requirements
