Develops and maintains 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project specifications and standards.
Produces detailed construction drawings and documentation , including lighting layouts, power distribution, cable routing, containment systems, earthing, and single-line diagrams (as applicable).
Provides direct project support and production for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Ensures compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project-specific standards .
Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to resolve clashes and ensure proper system integration .
Performs QA/QC checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Utilizes and maintains Revit families, templates, and content libraries aligned with project requirements.
Technical Excellence & Digital Delivery:
Provides training and technical support to design staff on BIM tools, workflows, and modeling best practices.
Assists in resolving Revit modeling, documentation, and coordination challenges .
Supports the development and enhancement of BIM standards, content libraries, and workflows .
Contributes to improving model efficiency, data accuracy, and digital delivery processes .

Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Revit-based electrical design and drafting .
Demonstrated experience on large-scale Middle East projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, or infrastructure).
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) for electrical systems.
Strong understanding of BIM processes, LOD, BEP, and multidisciplinary coordination workflows .
Experience in clash detection and coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks) .
Knowledge of electrical systems design principles and applicable codes/standards .
Ability to work independently with limited supervision .
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 platforms.
Familiarity with Middle East authority regulations and international standards (IEC, local authority requirements).
