Responsibilities
- Execute daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, training coordination, and HR administration to ensure smooth workforce processes
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, staff events, team bonding sessions, and corporate culture initiatives to boost employee participation and workplace morale

- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, employee engagement, office administration, corporate communications, or related functions
- Prior experience within banking or financial institutions is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with design tools, content creation software, or AI productivity tools is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, capable of independently drafting reports, minutes, announcements, and internal communications
- Strong coordination, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to handle confidential information professionally
