Rain is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to be the connective tissue across product, engineering, partnerships, and our fintech, neobank, and institutional customers. As Rain scales, the difference between a good product org and a great one is the rigor of the operating system underneath it - how partner feedback gets in, how decisions get made, how launches land, and how the whole machine compounds. This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own the product operating system end to end: the rituals, the launch motion, the partner feedback loops, the tooling, and the cross-functional surfaces that make the rest of the team faster and sharper. You'll work directly with PMs, engineering, partnerships, support, compliance, and our largest external partners.
