CRB is seeking an Intralogistics & Robotics Consultant to lead and scale high-impact consulting and delivery-capability focused on next-generation material handling and automation solutions. This role is responsible for delivering complex intralogistics programs, shaping client strategy, and establishing CRB as a market leader in robotics-enabled manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be advising CRB's clients while guiding multidisciplinary teams across the full lifecycle of intralogistics implementations, and brings a blend of deep technical expertise, consulting leadership, and commercial acumen. Primary Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping intralogistics and automation strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee complex, multi-phase robotics and automation initiatives across new and existing facilities, including defining end-to-end strategies: roadmaps, business cases, technology selection, integration and implementation plans, and commissioning activities. Direct collaboration with architecture, engineering, and construction teams to deliver automation-ready facilities, including defining strategies for infrastructure, data flow, digital traceability, digital-twinning, and real-time operational insights. Lead and support business development efforts, expanding client relationships and strategic accounts within markets served by CRB. Act as a thought leader, contributing to industry publications, client workshops, and speaking engagements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred). 10+ years of experience in robotics and automated material handling systems (e.g., AMRs, AGVs, ASRS, etc.), with a proven track record delivering large-scale end-to-end automated material handling programs. Strong expertise integrating robotics and automation solutions in facility and material flow designs, and system integration (WMS, MES, Control Systems). Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
