Execute daily Weigh & Dispense and material management activities, including Kanban, kitting, and glucose refill processes.
Monitor processes against recipes and documentation, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Operate powered industrial trucks and maintain warehouse and dispensary cleanliness.
Pull, pack, and ship finished products and samples, receiving and processing drug substances.
Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain operational standards.
Complete all required departmental and GXP trainings, managing individual training plans.
Train other associates to maintain compliance and operational standards.
Undertake additional tasks as needed to support department objectives and flexibility.
Requirements
Required Skills:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in industry or process operations.
Proficiency in English (B1); German and/or French language skills are an asset.
Solid foundation in biopharmaceutical technology and processes.
Ability to assess and troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
Proficiency in following procedures and protocols within a cGMP environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Syncade, MES, and glasswasher procedures.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
