Requirements
- Required Skills
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a scientific or clinical discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting pipeline or early‑stage asset strategy.
- Deep scientific expertise in immunology and autoimmune disease biology.
- Ability to synthesize complex scientific and clinical information into strategic medical insights.
- Experience working in cross‑functional environments across research, development, and medical teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- The base compensation range for this role is: $265,000.00-$365,000.00
- Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

About This Role The Global Medical Strategy Lead - Immunology Pipeline will play a key strategic role within Biogen's Global Medical Immunology organization. Reporting to the Head of Global Medical Immunology, this individual will lead medical strategy for pipeline and emerging assets across the immunology portfolio.
