Accountabilities: - Executing defined end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems. - Responsible for completing daily, monthly and on-demand data maintenance assignments as required. - Interaction with the Service Desk and End users for basic user support issues relating to access fulfillment. Qualifications: (Specific for this job)* Knowledge and Skills Ability to accurately follow a defined set of policies and procedures Operate under the supervision of others Must have strong written communication skills Understands basic technical concepts of Active Directory, e-mail and possesses an ability to use other Microsoft based productivity applications. Exposure to cloud platforms and access provisioning on cloud platforms - Quick learner, and ability to scale on new technologies as required
