Position Summary:
The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Adolescent Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Children's Wisconsin seeks a visionary, innovative, and scholarly leader to serve Chief of the Division of Pediatric Adolescent Medicine . This position is located in Milwaukee, WI at the Children's Wisconsin hospital campus . We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care.
The ideal candidate
Will define the vision and strategy to drive programmatic excellence, aligning with the clinical, research, education, and community engagement missions of Children's Wisconsin Hospital, Children's Specialty Group, and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
As a key member of the Department of Pediatrics' senior leadership team, the Division Chief will be instrumental in expanding the division and cultivating new clinical and research collaborations across departments and institutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for the mission and vision of the Pediatric Adolescent Medicine Division, with a proven record of leadership, collaboration, and scholarly achievement. Relevant clinical expertise and leadership success are essential.

Our team excels in providing specialized care for individuals with eating disorders, hormonal regulation, reproductive health, and the unique needs of incarcerated adolescents and young adults. Moving forward, we are focused on expanding our outreach into the community and enhancing our practice to include substance abuse counseling and treatment.
