Key duties of EISCs include: - Collaborating with families and team members to develop functional Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) - Working with multi-disciplinary teams to identify families' needs for supports and services - Conducting home visits to provide guidance and coordinate care - Coordinating services such as speech, occupational, and physical therapy - Arranging and monitoring early intervention services to ensure continuity and quality - Planning for children's smooth transition to other services at age three EISCs often enjoy the flexibility of telework and a hybrid work environment, allowing them to balance family engagement in the community with collaborative team support. About the Division of Child and Family Well-Being: The North Carolina Early Intervention Section is a part of the Division of Child and Family Well-Being. It is the lead agency for the N.C.
