We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid social efforts across Mexico and Canada, driving customer acquisition and business growth through high-impact social and video channels. This role will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid social campaigns with a focus on building full-funnel programs, rigorous experimentation, and delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. You'll play a key role in scaling our campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, and emerging channels like Reddit - while exploring new platforms that open up growth opportunities in these markets. The right candidate is both strategic and hands-on, analytical, and excited to uncover growth opportunities while continuously improving cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) across multiple platforms. In this role, you will: Develop and execute a data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, and other emerging paid social channels. Experiment with newer and emerging platforms to uncover growth frontiers relevant to Mexican and Canadian audiences. Adapt and localize global paid social strategies for Mexico and Canada, ensuring cultural relevance, regional market dynamics, appropriate language localization, and alignment with local buyer behavior. Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution - from audience targeting and creative briefing to ad trafficking, performance analysis, and optimization. Use A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve ad creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and messaging across platforms. Leverage performance data to inform creative direction, audience segmentation, campaign structure, and bidding approaches that drive efficiency and results. Analyze and present campaign performance, implementing recommendations to identify new growth opportunities and improve outcomes. Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and the broader Americas Marketing team to build integrated campaigns that achieve regional growth goals.
