Senior Associate - Private Equity Fund Accounting SS&C GlobeOp, US MNC www.ssctech.com Afternoon Shift Job Location - Pune DO: (Job Description) - Assist in resolving breaks and in preparation of cash projections or wires - Assist in setting up of the Fund and its investments/AIVs/Partners in the system - Calculate fees and prepare NAV pack. - Process capital calls and distributions; prepare waterfall file - Prepare and issue Partners' capital statement (PCAP). - Prepare of financial statements (FS) as per US GAAP/IFRS - Handling audit / investors' queries in timely manner.
