About the role

Sandisk is looking for a strategic leader to own the full spectrum of performance marketing and media planning for Sandisk. This is a pivotal role that will shape how we engage customers across every touchpoint, from digital channels to traditional media. Reporting to the Global Head of Web, eCommerce and Performance Marketing, you will partner deeply across the Marketing functions global and regional teams and other teams across the company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across all channels including Google, Meta, marketplaces, email, affiliates, DSPs, and emerging platforms. Develop advanced marketing mix modeling (MMM) frameworks to measure channel effectiveness, optimize media allocation, and inform data-driven investment decisions across global markets. Collaborating with other teams in Global and Regional marketing to oversee and guide media planning and buying for both digital and offline channels. Partner closely with content, ecommerce, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives optimized for performance and drive learnings into future activity. Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively to maximize ROI while balancing short-term performance with long-term brand growth. Build and mentor a high-performing team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Act as a player-coach by providing hands-on support when needed while empowering your team to excel. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to test and scale new opportunities. Establish strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and technology vendors to ensure best-in-class execution. REQUIRED: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Proven global experience leading performance marketing and media planning across a wide range of channels both digital and traditional. Strong working understanding of building MMM's to refine and optimize marketing media mix. Deep understanding of paid search paid social, programmatic, affiliate marketing, and marketplace advertising. Strong background in offline media buying as well as OTT and connected TV. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable results. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
