We are seeking a Lead, Data Validation Specialist to oversee a team of Data Validation Specialists responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data during new client onboarding. You'll manage daily workflows, ensure consistent data quality across projects, and serve as the primary liaison between the Data Validations team and cross-functional partners. This is primarily a non-client-facing role that plays a key part behind the scenes, requiring focus, consistency, and comfort with repetitive work. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $83,000 - $130,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
