Your new role Manage organisational obligations and compliance in relation to the conduct of disputes under the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017 (NSW), as well as other Regulations, Guidelines and Statutory Frameworks Exposure to disputes before the Personal Injury Commission Provide recommendations in relation to process and decision-making improvements, to enhance alignment with the Objects of the Act Review and deliver sound, timely decisions for disputes. Proactively identify systemic causes of disputes and contribute to the development of creative and beneficial solutions Foster and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both externally and cross-functionally across QBE Provide subject matter expertise and identify continuous improvement training opportunities for our business About you Experience in allied health, claims or legal background within a personal injury scheme (CTP, workers compensation, etc), and/or clinical exposure being highly advantageous. Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong understanding and interpretation of medical terminology. Ability and initiative to make decisions and recommendations. Proven ability to influence stakeholders to improve performance and achieve excellent outcomes. Proven success in driving continuous improvement initiatives, have complex problem resolution ability and business acumen. Previous experience in coaching, mentoring or developing others would be highly regarded. Solution focused individual with a resolution mindset approach.
