Notre bureau de Paris, situé dans le 8ème arrondissement, recherche un(e) Secrétaire Juridique (H/F) en CDI pour l'un de nos départements. LE POSTE Vous aurez pour mission d'assurer le secrétariat quotidien de l'équipe. La liste ci-dessous correspond aux principales responsabilités de ce poste : Assurer la relecture, correction et la mise en forme de documents au format du cabinet en français et en anglais ; Gérer quotidiennement les e-mails, les appels téléphoniques, les renvois d'appel et la prise de messages ; Planifier et organiser les rendez-vous des collaborateurs (gestion des agendas, organisation des réunions, déplacements et des conférences téléphoniques) ; Préparer les présentations sur PowerPoint ; Prendre en charge l'impression, la numérisation, les photocopies de documents et la création de bibles ; Traduire de documents juridiques pour l'équipe ; Assurer l'ouverture et suivi de dossiers clients et la création de matters ; Gérer et suivi de la facturation et notes de frais de l'équipe ; Actualiser la base de données clients Effectuer le classement et l'archivage des dossiers de l'équipe.
