Competent in basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting.

Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and move up to 60 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE
An Operations Technician 2 is part of our pay for skills program and allows individuals to continue to build skills providing opportunity to increase their compensation. Individuals at Level 2 have accumulated 3-4 skill blocks. Skill blocks may include skills in Assembly, Machine Operation or Material Handling.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Individuals with Material Handling skills receive, store, and pull raw and finished goods through the facility in a safe, accurate and timely manner, along with the proper part tracking.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
All employees in safety-sensitive positions, including Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV), are subject to additional pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing throughout their employment.
