Post secondary education in Finance or Business degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar capacity with a focus on contracts management, client engagement, billing and customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
Strong working knowledge of the Market Data industry
Comfortable with web based service providers such as Salesforce, Workday, etc
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
Nice to Have(s):
Previous experience in the Financial/Capital Markets Industry
Canadian Securities Course or local equivalent
Salary Range: 35/hour - 38/hour CAD

The Contract & Sales Support Analyst (6-month contract) drives the successful execution and administration of Market Data contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and serving as a critical strategic partner to clients, vendors, and the internal Sales team on all data distribution and billing requirements.
This role reports to: Director, Datalinx Business Operations
This role is hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office) - based in Toronto, ON.
Key Accountabilities:
Facilitate the execution of Market Data Distribution and Exhibit A client agreements, ensuring compliance for all clients, vendors, and subscribers.
Build relationships with client, vendors and subscribers and assist them with Market Data questions on how their data usage matches with our various licensing options and impact of new policies/changes
Partner with the Sales team to strategically identify and cultivate new local contacts and key decision-makers within the assigned Market Data accounts.
Manage the timely updating of client agreements, incorporating new revisions and addendums to maintain accuracy and legal standing.
Drive customer experience improvements by engaging clients and vendors alongside the Sales team to review policy/price updates and gather crucial feedback.
Oversee the client reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timely submission
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of DataBP and Salesforce records for billing purposes
Process and reconcile all incoming client requests and opportunities (e.g., changes, additions, deletions) efficiently within the Salesforce platform.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and general projects as directed by TMX Datalinx management.
