About the role

We are seeking an International International Environmental and Social Safeguards Team Leader for an upcoming AIIB-funded rural road rehabilitation program to support the Ministry of Rural Development on feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, and safeguard preparation across six provinces in Cambodia. Demonstrated proficiency in the application of international environmental and social safeguard standards, specifically the AIIB Environmental and Social Standards (ESS), International Finance Corporation Performance Standards (IFC PS), World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (WB ESF), and Asian Development Bank Safeguard Policy Statement (ADB SPS), is mandatory. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, with fluency in English language and verifiable project experience in Southeast Asia, particularly Cambodia, required for this position.
