RN Registered Nurse Day Shift

Responsibilities

• As a Floor RN, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting.
• Administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
• Assisting in crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with state and federal standards.
• Supporting patients and families with education and resources to encourage long-term wellness.

Requirements

• Current RN license (in good standing).
• ADN considered with relevant experience.
• Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required-training provided.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
