The position is responsible for providing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Director in managing day-to-day operations. In addition, the role drives cross-functional coordination and partnership with bank, ensuring processes are in place, and identifying synergies across projects and initiatives to facilitate effective collaboration. The role also involves managing internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives as well as business-as-usual (BAU) matters. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Administration Provide administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Manage departmental documentation, including stamping, filing systems, databases, and expense processing (e.g. purchase/payment requisitions) Coordinate with vendors (e.g. hotels, event organizers, ticketing agents) and source corporate gifts Ensure smooth office operations, including maintenance of equipment functionality Perform checker role for non-sales related staff claims Maintain proper sales documentation in compliance with audit requirements, including supporting audit preparation through timely compilation of relevant documents. 2. Meeting Plan, coordinate, and schedule the meeting, including alignment on agenda and attendees Prepare and consolidate the meeting deck/materials in advance Circulate meeting invitations, agenda, and materials within the agreed timeline Facilitate the meeting and manage time to ensure agenda coverage Capture discussion points, decisions, and action items Circulate meeting minutes and track follow ‑ up actions to closure 3. Sales Admin & Support Coordinate with the sales team and stakeholders on sales-related matters and initiatives Attend to sales-related queries from internal and external parties Manage sales operational support, including PD Sales support, form reviews, and sales materials (stock control, forecasting, distribution) Perform checker role for sales-related documents and claims 4. Provide other ad-hoc support as and when required JOB SPECIFICATION: a. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree with a proven track record. Prior bancassurance experience with a proven track record in life insurance sales management would be preferred. b. Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar capacity. c. Knowledge: Strong analytical thinking with sound business and financial acumen; strategic and results‑oriented. Meticulous with the ability to work under pressure. Business planning and project management background would be an added advantage. Excellent communication, writing, research, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
