Hiring range: $75,000/yr - $93,000/yr OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Under the direct supervision of the Director and Senior Navigator, serves as the primary contact for anything related to the assigned clients' system navigation, behavioral needs, including creating, delivering, and maintaining treatment plan designs, interventions, documentation, and staff trainings.Provides clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges, across various settings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: Provide 1:1 high quality, specialized behavior intervention services to assigned individuals diagnosed with autism disorder, development delays and/or other related disabilities through planned interventions, which may include discrete trials, antecedent and consequence modifications, and planned and intermittent reinforcement. Designs and conducts functional behavior assessments including functional analysis. Responsible for the development and implementation of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services, using the biopsychosocial and positive psychology framework, to guide systems integration and facilitation to reach agreed upon common goals. Responsible to seek medical consultation with subject matter experts in providing comprehensive client care, including ESSC Medical Director, ESSC Psychologist, RN, and other therapy providers. Ensures high quality services and the use of best-practice guidelines within their assigned Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and framework. Proactively develop, implement, and monitor client individualized treatment plans, following best practices guidelines, to ensure skill acquisition and behavior reduction, track progress toward established goals, and modify plans as needed. Identifies, connects and maintains appropriate linakges to support the stability and health of the individual and family. Accurately and timely completes and maintains necessary documentation, special incident reports, assessment evaluations, treatment notes, supervision session, transition reports, and exit summaries. Request pertinent reports from other ESSC programs, as appropriate. Be available for consult once an incident report has been filed. Meets productivity requirements by conducting monthly supervision hours for assigned clients, reaching 100% of contract hours. Plans and develops specialized training and instructional materials for staff to support client safety and independence, treatment plan implementation, and data collection. Conduct training monthly and/or as needed per client needs. Delivers ongoing consultation in assigned residential home or facility, if applicable. Coordinates care with other systems and service lines, including therapy services, medical providers, school districts and more, to maintain consistent communication between all support team members. Completes quarterly or bimonthly reports for funding source (i.e., regional center) and present at Individual Program Plan (IPP)and IEP meetings. Plans and participates in intake and inactivation meetings per client needs. Be familiar with and adhere to each funding source plan design. Be available to work weekends or holidays, when required and per identified needs. Initiates and provides on-going communication to Director and Senior Navigator. Prepares and provides reports regarding monthly caseload status. Remains current and report updates on changes to Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards, new research, current trends and developments in autism and related fields. Works collaboratively with other Navigators to ensure consistency of service. Travels as required. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Master's degree in ABA or related field.|Must possess and maintain a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and/or LCSW.|Must possess and maintain a current CPR certification.|Bilingual a plus.
