Position Overview
This Operations Worker role supports daily activities related to the receiving, storage, handling, packaging, shipping, and application of raw materials within a plant nutrient manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include performing batching and mixing operations, operating production systems and mobile equipment such as skid steers and forklifts and using computer systems to monitor processes and ensure accurate production tracking. Employees are also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment through routine housekeeping, including sweeping and material cleanup. Work is physically demanding and performed in a non‑temperature‑controlled, dusty industrial setting, with occasional work at heights up to 150 feet, requiring strict adherence to safety procedures and proper use of protective equipment.
