Overview of the role: Saputo is seeking an IT Manager, Digital Solutions - Web & eCommerce for an existing opportunity within our organization. This role provides strategic guidance and operational leadership for a cross-functional team responsible for the development, delivery, and continuous evolution of our enterprise digital platforms in alignment with Global IT strategy and the corporate technology ecosystem. As IT Manager, Digital Solutions, you will own the roadmap and lifecycle of key platforms including our Product Information Management system (inRiver), Digital Asset Management platform (Canto), ERP product data integrations, GS1/Syndigo data syndication, in-house B2B/B2C eCommerce solutions, and product content applications. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, as well function as a hybrid Product Owner / Business Analyst, ensuring that requirements are accurately captured, translated, prioritized, and delivered to support business strategy and measurable outcomes. How you will make contributions that matter: Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to a team of developers, designers, and analysts. Own the digital product roadmap and align platform enhancements with business priorities and long-term technology strategies. Lead requirement gathering, user story creation, prioritization, and backlog management for multiple digital platforms. Serve as the primary liaison between business key users, marketing teams, IT stakeholders, and the development team. Oversee the delivery and optimization of enterprise platforms including PIM (inRiver), DAM (Canto), GS1/Syndigo data syndication, ERP product data flows, and internal eCommerce and product content applications. Manage ticket triage, sprint planning, and release coordination to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management information Systems or in a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in digital solutions, product management, eCommerce, or enterprise web platforms. 3+ years of experience in management including product owner/business analyst experience. Strong understanding of PIM, DAM, CMS, eCommerce, and ERP integrations (experience with inRiver, Canto, SAP/Maestro, and Syndigo/GS1 is an asset). Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. Proficient with ticketing and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, etc.). Good knowledge of English and French (spoken and written) : As part of their duties, the position holder will be required to communicate and collaborate in English and French, both orally and in writing, with colleagues or other stakeholders located in Québec, elsewhere in Canada, or across North America . Proven ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
