Help to ensure that Zipline is prioritizing diversity in all of our hiring efforts across the company
Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary talent
Collaborate with other recruiters on the team, leveling up the function, sharing best practices & helping to ensure we reach our collective goals
Model best practices when it comes to data cleanliness and candidate communication

Requirements
Over 4 years of high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting experience
Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional operational and/or technical talent
Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced startup environment
Passion for building diverse teams & pipelines
Creative problem-solver, going the extra mile to close the top talent and passionate about cultivating the most enjoyable candidate experience
Willingness to invest in your own growth and become true partner to our engineering teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
