This position is located in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Office of Human Resources, Investigation and Analysis Division. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience interpreting and providing advice on employee relations statutory and regulatory guidance, policies, processes and procedures; and Experience in identifying controversial employee relations issues; and Experience in developing proposals and decision letters on formal disciplinary actions; experience conducting administrative investigations (collecting evidence, and statements). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
