Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a mixed on-site and remote team, ensuring consistent quality across all client deliverables
- Review staff output (financial statements, management reports, etc.) and maintain quality standards

Requirements
- Min 5 years of related accounting experience in account or audit firm with manager-level experience handling a team of 10+ pax
- Proven ability to meet client deadlines with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working autonomously in an environment where not all internal processes are fully formalized
- Flexible and constructive when handling irregular or unexpected client requests
- Experience managing multicultural teams across on-site and remote settings
- Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
