Executive Office Support
Coordinate executive priorities across seven direct reports and multiple divisions.
Prepare correspondence and formal communications.
Support oversight of major initiatives including asset management, Mitchell-Lama supervision and, TIL, and City-owned property management operations.
Executive Presence & On-Site Requirements
Conduct in-person preparation sessions and attend hearings and City Hall meetings.
Coordinate directly with division directors and leadership.
Support urgent or time-sensitive matters requiring immediate response.
Manage confidential executive-level materials.
Work extended hours as necessary.
Minimum Qual Requirements
Demonstrated experience supporting senior executive leadership in government or large public agencies.
Strong understanding of housing policy, asset management, regulatory compliance, and public sector operations.
Ability to analyze legislation and prepare policy memoranda.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to draft executive-level talking points and briefing documents.
High political acumen and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Ability to operate under pressure in high-visibility environments.
Strong coordination skills across complex, multi-unit organizations.
Capacity to synthesize large volumes of operational and policy information into concise executive guidance.

Your Team
The Office of Asset and Property Management (APM) leads the agency's efforts to protect the City's investment in affordable housing and ensure that properties remain stable, financially sound, and affordable over the long term. APM actively monitors the performance and regulatory compliance of projects sponsored, supervised, and owned by the City, while also connecting individuals and families to affordable housing opportunities.
APM is composed of three divisions: Asset Management, Property Management, and Housing Supervision.
