Job Description Lead and manage all aspects of financial operations for the RAMC division, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the overall business objectives of Siam Commercial Bank. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management. Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with various departments to establish realistic and achievable financial targets. Ensure strong internal controls are in place and adhered to across all financial processes, mitigating financial risks and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. Provide financial leadership and guidance to the RAMC team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal auditing teams to ensure financial processes and records meet audit standards. Oversee corporate finance initiatives relevant to the RAMC division, including capital allocation and investment decisions. Job Qualifications Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. Strong foundation in Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Financial Reporting and Analysis. Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting, Corporate Finance, and Financial Analysis. Exceptional Analytical Thinking and problem-solving skills. In-depth understanding of Internal Controls and Internal Auditing principles. Strong commitment to Ethical Standards and a high degree of Accountability. Excellent Financial Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team. Solid understanding of Economics and its impact on financial performance. Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.
