Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end payroll process for the Netherlands , ensuring compliant, accurate, on-time monthly processing (incl. CAO context).
• Coordinate with external payroll partners and internal stakeholders (People Ops, Finance) to resolve payroll cases quickly and thoroughly.
• Manage key inputs: time data, contracts, absences, variable pay, and payroll changes-keeping documentation audit-ready.
• Support monthly and annual closings , reconciliations, and audits (tax/social security), ensuring smooth financial handovers.
