This is your chance to lead a small group of financial professionals, grow your leadership skills, and make an impact in accounting and reporting. If you want to: Work closely with the Team Leader to deliver high‑quality results Manage and support a team of financial professionals Prepare stand‑alone accounting and financial reports under different standards Motivate, guide, and monitor your team's performance This role is for you! Some of your key responsibilities include: - Deliver results : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (GL, financial reporting, consolidation). - Quality check : Review team members' work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. - Be the expert: Build strong knowledge of IFRS and other GAAP standards. - Lead & coach : Guide your team, give feedback, and support their growth through regular check‑ins. - Shape culture : Promote a positive, collaborative atmosphere with clear communication and professionalism. - Drive change : Contribute to special projects that improve efficiency, quality, and accuracy. - Protect quality / Work with integrity: Ensure compliance with procedures, best practices, and internal controls.
