Adapt and resize master creative assets across a wide range of digital formats - paid social, Google Ads creatives, email imagery, web banners and organic social content
Localise global assets for regional and local markets, working with multiple languages and product lines while maintaining design integrity, typographic quality, and brand consistency
Build and maintain templates in Figma and Adobe that enable scalable, efficient multi-market asset production
Work within established brand guidelines and design systems, applying them with precision across every deliverable
Prepare and package production-ready files to platform specifications (Meta, Google, programmatic, CMS)
Manage high-volume workloads, balancing speed with quality across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
Integrate AI-powered tools into production workflows to increase efficiency
Design (40%)
Concept and design original digital assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives when required
Create engaging social media content, motion graphics, email designs, landing page layouts, and digital advertising creative
Contribute fresh ideas to briefs and creative discussions, pushing work beyond the expected
Produce motion graphics and simple animations for social and digital advertising
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and the DML team across time zones to deliver cohesive creative
Innovation & Workflow
Champion AI and automation in the creative production process - proactively identify, test, and implement new tools and techniques
Continuously improve production workflows, templates, and asset libraries for speed and consistency
Stay current with digital design trends, platform updates, AI tools, and best practices in multi-lingual design production
Role Requirements
Requirements
5-8 years of design experience in a creative/production agency or in-house marketing team.
A strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first work with evidence of production artworking at scale and motion content creation
Figma proficiency is essential
Adobe Creative Suite mastery (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into design or production workflows - specifically Figma AI features, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and/or Adobe Firefly tools
Proven experience creating and localising multi-lingual digital assets
Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems, not just freestyle designing - you understand consistency at scale
A meticulous eye for detail

We're looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Digital Designer to join our growing team in Delhi, working alongside our in-house Digital Marketing Lab (DML). This is a hybrid creative production and design role with roughly 60% production artworking and 40% digital design creating digital assets that serve markets across the globe.
You'll help drive our digital marketing engine by adapting, building and scaling creative across languages, formats, and platforms at pace. Working with global brand toolkits and design systems, you'll turn master creative into market-ready assets that look flawless whether they're in English, German, Japanese, or Brazilian Portuguese.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just execute - you actively look for ways to work smarter. You bring AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude into your production workflow as standard, not as a novelty. You understand that the future of creative production is about speed, consistency and intelligent automation, and you want to be at the forefront of that.
While experience in cycling or outdoor sports is helpful, it's not required. We can teach you bikes. What we can't teach is a passion for design, a relentless drive to improve how things are done, and the positive energy needed to be on our team.
