Mō te tūranga | About the role As our Group IT EAM Product Analyst you'll be responsible for the administration, support and ongoing improvement of our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across the Fulton Hogan New Zealand business. You'll work closely with end users to troubleshoot issues, maintain system access, support work management processes, and help deliver practical solutions that meet business needs. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative environment, working in the wider water asset management squad, where you'll combine technical knowledge, problem solving and customer focus to improve system performance, data integrity and user experience. Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities Administer and support the EAM system, including user access, configuration and day to day system performance Configure and maintain asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance schedules and other core system settings Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, requests and logged incidents in a timely manner Recommend, test and deploy enhancements and business improvements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data outputs to improve visibility and decision making Deliver end user training and create supporting documentation such as user guides, quick reference guides and online training materials Bringing an overall product mindset to support the solution architecture of digital water solution Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We're looking for someone with At least 2 years' experience in an administrator or support role with an asset management system Strong knowledge of EAM systems, asset management principles and supporting business processes Experience working with system data structures, including consistent data import and export practices The ability to apply business processes to EAM systems to deliver practical and effective solutions Experience in report writing using Microsoft SSRS and Power BI Proficiency with SQL queries Experience supporting users on mobile applications, with Maximo administration experience viewed favourably Other desirable experience includes data warehousing concepts, GIS, Java, FME and Boomi integration.
