Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition leadership roles, with a strong background in HR Tech Stack, innovation, and automation. Expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation tools within the recruiting and talent management space. Strong track record in developing and implementing build vs. buy strategies for HR technologies. Experience leading large, cross-functional teams (i.e. Product Management, Engineering) and working with senior leaders across the organization.
