ABOUT THE ROL E - Sales Strategy & Revenue Management : Support the Director of Sales in achieving revenue and occupancy targets, execute sales action plans, monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities. - Business Development & Client Relations : Generate new business opportunities and manage key accounts, by handling negotiations, proposals, contracts, and follow-up activities. - Team Leadership & Operational Coordination : Coordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, and Operations teams, also monitor daily sales activities and team performance in smooth communication and excellent guest experience. - Administration & Compliance : Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and documentation, also Sales Report, Forecast and Business Analysis with ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. -Previous experience in similar role preferred minimum 1 year. -Good character in leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. -Good personality, honest and high work integrity. -Results-driven with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
